Visionary executive leader with 20+ years of expertise, offering exceptional skills and knowledge across Power Electronics, Circuit Protection, and Industrial Engineering Automation. Proficient in resource planning, process inspection, and coordination with internal & external departments for timely delivery of finished products.
Rajendra has previously served multinational conpanies like APC, General Electric, Rockwel Automation and Alfanar. He has handled various departments like Maintenance, Industiral Enginnering, Industrial Automation, technical Support etc.
Rajendra Demonstrate expertise in appraising the overall production processes, identifying loopholes, and undertaking result-oriented measures to alleviate and document them. Proven record of success in developing company strategy and tactical plans that drive exceptional fiscal growth. Minimises workflow obstacles and motivates teams to deliver outstanding results while maximising productivity by leveraging cross-functional collaboration. Adept in managing and coordinating projects and processes in support of effective business operations. Proven success directing projects from inception to execution, strategically allocating resources, and delegating tasks to achieve on-time, on-budget delivery.

Fascinated by vibrant India and with a strong conviction about India’s emerging position in the manufacturing sector in this decade, Nitin left his lucrative job in Saudi Arabia and returned to India to serve the world and Co-Founded “Contek Automation” in Bengaluru, India. Contek Automation is a complete turnkey industrial automation solution provider which undertake projects from feasibility studies to commissioning.
He has served Indian multinational companies like Mahindra & Mahindra, Larsen and Toubro. He has also worked for a Saudi multinational, ‘Alfanar’ for about eight years.
Nitin has worked for the Industrialization of products like MCB, MCCB, RCBO, DBs, Switches & Sockets, Smart meters, ECBs. He had an active role in the industrialisation of these products by making Protypes, Production tools, Testing, Assembly Automation, Welding, Soldering, packing automation. He has also made various automation for press shops and mould shops.
Nitin has Made extensive Business Travels throughout India + 14 other countries and experienced various Business Models and ways businesses in different countries operate.
